Managing the activities of the MEANORDIC within assigned area Lebanon, providing support and guidance as needed on regular basis and attend important meetings and symposiums with sales personnel, deliver sales presentations to key clients.Work collaboratively with account team field personnel in identifying new customers, conquesting new business and strategically managing the sales opportunity pipeline.Coordinate sales activities with all our partners ensure recording and reporting of sales results are completed.

Receiving & channeling petitions & students request for statements & degreeauthentications. Providing helpdesk (front office first contact): Answering phone calls, dealing withclients with different nationalities & backgrounds. Recording data: use of excel. Helpdesk assistance: answering students’ inquiries & guiding them. Maintaining a formal filing system. Performing general office organizational tasks: photocopying, scanning, filing &archiving. Assisting the directors in different tasks upon their request.
