Construction of Grated Channel .•Guiding and monitoring the staff to guarantee the productivity is in accordance to daily and monthly production plans.•Conducting weekly coordination meetings with other contractors to avoid unscheduled production stoppages and to eliminate any conflicts or clashes in the working area.•Attending bi-weekly meetings with the employer,engineer, and other related contractors in order to provide programs and for solving any encountered problems on site.

Drainage works and liaison with QA/QC Department on the quality of product and with the client so that job specification were met.•Coordinating with DCA safety and security for the access of areas to commission the work.•Demolition of 3.5 km of the Runway with heavy machinary (i.e Dozers, Breakers, and Graders).•Laying of underground services including sewer, water, and storm drainage lines. Conducting all the tests required to assure all the lines were laid as per specifications (i.e pressure test and air test).•Flexible pavement construction of 4.5 km runway and 23 taxiways using bitumen and modified polymer.•Attend site management review meetings to discuss various construction related issues and opportunities for system and execution improvements.•Attending coordination meetings with the engineer for cost proposals and and conducting site clarifications with the resident engineer.
