 Perform daily Comp & Ben department operations. Running the monthly Payroll for more than 17,500 Employees “14,000 Direct & 3,500 indirect”. Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports Process accurate and timely year-end reporting, when necessary (Q1, Q2, etc…) Update daily the in-depth knowledge of salary tax law, social insurance and labor law.  Analyze and give advices to the Top Management in all HR activity. Develop financial and operational reporting as needed (Journal Entries) Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records. Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases. Ensure team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs. Participates in interviews process for new hires. Identify process improvement initiatives and define standards for new processes. Preparing quarterly Training Plan for the client.  Review and approve the payroll to ensure accuracy. Provide guidance to and shares knowledge with colleagues/team members relating to own specialization.

 Making payrolls, following up the attendance, vacation, absence, penalty, and overtime report Managing. Making the allowances, following up the attendance record, early leave permissions and incentive grades. Making statistics of salaries and allowances to compare between the monthly payments. Making monthly evaluations for employee for incentive payment and contracts renew. Responsible for recruitment activities aiming at the organization’s recruitment process efficiency effectiveness and equability. Conduct interviews for potential candidates. Following up all management decisions and internal regulations. Caring and arranging all matters of Korean managers. Participating in special events preparing. Organizing car movement, schedules and maintenance. Organizing workers benefits payment according to company benefits system. Responsible for Selling scrap materials. Handling Archives. Assisting in scholarship programs for under graduated students.
