- Design and develop Voice, SMS, and Collaboration solutions.- Create technical architectures for VoIP, SMS, and unified communications.- Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.- Assist in preparing proposals, demos, and PoCs.- Understand and align solutions with customer requirements.- Conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and training.- Evaluate technologies and vendors for product solutions.- Manage carrier relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and pricing.- Negotiate agreements and SLAs with telecom carriers and service providers.- Register and manage sender IDs with Hawsabah for SMS services.- Manage the regulation and relationship with CST.- Collaborate with R&D to improve products based on market needs.- Draft solution design documents and technical reports.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

- Configure and install hardware & software for the VoIP infrastructure.- Manage the number portability requests in the TRA system.- Configuring and troubleshooting Kalaam voice services.- Implementing and supporting call center solutions.- Managing Microsoft teams integrating with local SIP trunks.- Dealing with customer management to guarantee customer satisfaction.- Class 4(Wholesale) & Class 5(Retail) Voice SoftSwitch management.- Managing Sippysoft, SpliceCom, Zycoo, and PortaOne OSS/BSS and PBX systems.

- Promote and cross-sell Batelco's range of products and services through retail shops, telemarketing, road shows, and other events and achieve individual sales targets.-Conduct a market study to scan areas to identify venues for hosting Events, Roadshows etc.-Conduct roadshows, and events and make telemarketing calls to generate sales leads.-Regularly track and clear all suspended and rejected service requests.-Collect, validate, and attach/ upload consumer documents and initiate the service provisioning requests.

- Attend queries, requests or complaints related to Mobile/Fixed/ Inet/ Directory Query/ Telegram received through the various contact center channels.- Understand and investigate the queries, requests or complaints.- Liaise with relevant internal team/ departments to address customer query or complaint or forward the case to other relevant team/ department.- Keep abreast of products and promotions to provide exceptional customer support.
