I am currently working as a Management Information System Officer since 2021. Prior to this job I worked as a collection and recovery officer with Bank Med where I make sure all customers are aware of their payment options as well as suggesting methods of payments and negotiating suitable payment plan. I also worked as a senior claim and customer service officer for almost 2 years with SAICO INSURANCE where I Perform operational and transactional insurance claim activities relevant to the operations . Overall, I have more than 8 years of experience in the Banking and insurance field. I have built a professional trusted relationship with clients, managers, directors, and business owners from different backgrounds and regions. I gained experience in doing report using Microsoft SQL ,on daily , monthly , quarterly basis , and create new query or update it, analysing data upon request need it.
