My responsibilities include: • Worked on SaaS based projects, E-commerce, end user centric web and mobile application and digital projects. • Collaborated closely on product planning and execution with key stakeholders. • Collaborated with other designers to produce intuitive, delightful user experiences. • Worked on prototyping tools such as Figma, Invision, and Just in mind. • Conducted a wide range of user studies and generating user personas to continually enhance the experience. • Assisted the UI engineering and Infrastructure teams to understand and build the system based on the stakeholder requirements. • Worked directly with the Head of Product to develop a design system framework to facilitate an efficient way of collaboration between designers and engineers. • Conducted a comprehensive market research to evaluate various UI libraries with main emphasis on understanding the pain points and UX gaps, analyzing the feature sets, and delivery models. • Prepared synthesis documents and mood boards that further helps our engineering team. • Conducted usability studies and iterative prototyping to delivery high usable, valuable products. • Work closely with the development team to help to understand UI development needs and its development translations. • Delivering and launching the final product and continuously analyzing the impact on users. • Lastly, analyzing important feedback from end-users and implementing it to improve the product usability.

My responsibilities include: • Creating functional and delightful designs informed by user’s needs and business objectives on both mobile and desktop. • The process briefly includes wire-framing, prototyping, and user-testing the designs before they go live. • Creating user flows and turning them into concepts, wireframes and prototypes. • Supporting with user-research activities (that includes user-testing, card-sorting exercises, etc..). • Identifying design problems and solving them. • Creating new visual designs for apps and web on both mobile and desktop. • Keeping up to date with the latest user interfaces and best practices. • Reviewing and editing the mock-ups with the design team and developers. • Focusing on user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns • Understanding the importance of user and user needs - applying user centered design strategies and design thinking approach. • Making design Interactive with Figma’s prototyping, so stake holders get a pretty good idea of a finalized product. • Effectively collaborating in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
