Responsibilities:1) Coordinating systems analysis and applications development activities with ITG development group and IT clients.2) Analyzing business requirements and developing design specifications and test plans to meet business requirements.3) Configuring software to meet design specifications and developing implementation plans for vendor-provided software.4) Troubleshoot customer problems and provide recommendations with appropriate solutions to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.5) Providing regular status and activity reporting as required.6) Applications and Systems administration and operations.7) Adhering to P&P and IT standards in all day-to-day activities.8) Configuration, Implementation and roll-out of new global packages and solutions to ITHUB.9) Plan, design, implement and maintain the in-house systems and business requirements using the standard tools identified by ITG.10) Participate in the project from conception through implementation as per tasks assigned by project managers and ensure projects’ tasks expectations are met without impact on project scope, cost, quality, and schedule.11) Implement and resolve emergency bug fixes in the bank application.12) Design and write programs needed for application customization and local requirements. 13) Write documentation according to SDLC and Project Management standards.14) Adhere to PnP and its standards.15) Review, analyzes and modifies systems and Applications including coding, testing, debugging to support the bank application systems.16) Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify the program.17) Maintains up-to-date application experience to support rapidly changing technology of IT.18) 24x7 Support services to ITHUB and other clients.
