Hi! I'm Allison but I really prefer to be called Ali. The first thing people would say about me is how positive and bubbly I am. The next thing they would say is how hard working and eager I am to solve problems and make things better than what they were. I've been in my current position for 2 years and I've learned so much in that time. I've learned how to lead, manage, handle conflicts, correct actions, train and spotlight strengths of my coworkers to help them excel. I have also been part of projects that effect the company as a whole and effect my department. One of these projects was recently diving into our current equipment and seeing where things can be improved. After meeting with multiple vendors, obtaining demo equipment and testing that equipment in our environment with multiple people, a decision was made. After 3.5 months, we will be moving to equipment that can handle our needs, demands and minimize down time, increasing profit with our Sales, Operations and Corporate teams while fitting in a revised budget. A challenge never scares me and I love going outside my comfort zone. When you go outside your comfort zone, there are amazing things you can do and learn. :)
