 General Accountant AL Hadaf AL Awal Auto Parts And Accessories Tr LLCIndustrial Area # 5 Sharjah, UAEFrom 12jan, 2017 To Continue….Duties:General Ledger Management:• Chart of Account, Addition, deletion and maintenance of Chart of Account as per need of company.• Journal Entries, Preparation of entries and there posting to their concerned accounts.• Closing of Accounts Accounts are closed on monthly basis; all the necessary closing entries are posted to concerned account, Prepaid & Outstanding Expenses• Reporting, Preparation, Compiling of data, and presentation of reports to manger as per required.Account Receivable Managment:• Invoice Processing, distribution and Posting to GL • Debtor Collection, focusing on timeliness and reduction of bad debts• Processing Cash Receipts • Adjustments and Month End Reconciliations.• Preparing and Monitor Receivable Aging Report and take action to minimize payments delinquencies by sending reminders and Communicating Customer via Phone and Emails, while developing and maintaining good relationship Inventory Management:• Assist in establishing and implementing Inventory Controls Procedures.• Perform Monthly Physical Stock Checks• Stock Valuation (Using the Average Cost Model)• New Stock Counting according to purchase order• Prepare Purchase order for future buyingAccount Payable Management:• Review and Verify invoices and Checks request• Enter and Upload Invoice into system• Post Transaction to journal, ledger and other records• Reconcile the account payable transactions• Maintain Vendor Master data fileContainer Clearance papers Management:• Contact with China supplier and arrange paper regarding coming container clearance• Prepare a packing list and Invoice of container• Direct dealing with shipping agent
