Once identified, develop plans to improve individual performance and improve skills.• Set clear and high expectations with all front-line supervisors and ensure the same for their direct reports.• Create a culture that drives energetic, self-motivated, highly efficient, top performing teams while maintaining high retention rates.• Perform weekly one-on-ones with TLs to deep dive MHN (most help needed) agent behaviors validating the appropriate coaching and development is taking place, is properly documented and there is consistent and substantial performance improvement.• Analyze productivity trends and take appropriate steps to ensure maximum efficiencies are met to deliver on expected results.• Ensure performance management processes are in place to report - trend and target performance improvement opportunities.

This networking system helps the company gain more control over each process. The chances for the human error were to a minimum and the working progress was shown accordingly.
