• Coordinates the comprehensive management of clinical care to survivors of pediatric cancers• Summarizes and documents complete treatment history, recommended screening and potential late effects of treatment for each survivor. • Obtains comprehensive histories and conducts physical exams focused on physical and psychosocial needs related to late effects of cancer treatment. • Provides patient education related to late effects of cancer treatment. • Orders appropriate laboratory and other diagnostic studies as necessary. • Participates in drafting and coordinating clinical research protocols, assembly and submission of grants to funding sources, and manuscript preparation. • Oversees the development of the fertility preservation program for cancer survivors and newly diagnosed patients. • Manages the clinical responsibilities of the complementary and alternative therapists and supportive care providers within the Center for Comprehensive Wellness.

• Identifies, evaluates and treats patients ages 0-30 years on Phase I and Phase II pediatric oncology trials• Provides outpatient care for pediatric patients receiving conventional cancer therapies. • Manages recruitment of Phase I/Phase II patients within the tri-state area and provides in-services and educational presentations to hospital clinicians regarding new protocols being offered by the Developmental Therapeutics Program. • Oversees protocol status for all Phase I, II and institutional protocols administered through the Pediatric Cancer Foundation Clinical Research Program.
