From Compassion To Action (FCTA) is a group of international student volunteers, from various countries with different skin colors and diverse languages, but maintaining the same belief, that is, turning compassion into action and contributing to society with love. FCTA was founded by Ali Qadir from Pakistan, the student of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He has been living in Nanjing for 5 years with hopes to contribute to this society. Since its inception in 2016, FCTA has been organizing and cooperating in different volunteering and public welfare projects in Nanjing and other cities of Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province. Around 350 volunteers from 50 different countries of the world have been volunteering and contributing in FCTA projects since 2016.

-Retaining clients to build brand awareness and generate leads while managing internal and external online marketing campaigns and programs.-Implementing social media strategy and execution, overseeing all social media channels to promote brand and increase client.

-Identified, developed and evaluated marketing strategies based on knowledge of company objectives and market trends.-Established and maintained cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee and public interest groups.
