IT Student of Aalborg University - Currently studying IT design and applications development at a post graduate level and have a graduate in Techno-anthropology. Techno-anthropology is the study of man and technology and trying to bridge the gap between them, and try to understand this relation. To do this I use interviews, field studies, co-development, and design thinking are some of the tools. Through some of my graduate project I have helped design Aalborg hospital medical coats for the doctors to ensure that it meets the doctors need in a everyday setting. I have choosen a post-graduate in IT design and applications development because I have a big interest in software and I feel that the tools I have acquired through my graduate have a great relevance when it comes to designing and developing software. IT design and applications development is the study to understand how a piece of software is to be designed and developed, and how a good user interface needs to look like. I do this through object oriented analysis and design. I can then code the designed system via JAVA coding language, and if it need to store and retrieve data I can design and code a database as well in MySQL. Through my post-graduate I have become familiar with software engineering were I have gained experience with various agile work methods like SCRUM and XP and different kind of software testing, usability testing, risk- and quality management as well.
