Led 10+ diverse teams during the last 5 years while working directly with key clients to realise their business goals, and developing new business opportunities through product design and technology strategy.• GCop Product Manager – A product to apply a set of code analysis rules for improving and standardising code by 60%, used by our developers in more than 100 projects.• Led a cross-functional team of 13 members to deliver an AI/ML service based on AWS to understand, categorise and distribute legal documents to reduce the workforce by 25%. • Managed a product discovery team of 6, for high accuracy, zero-latency language translation service which successfully led to an IaaS solution utilizing Google Grpc and Translation service and AWS AI/ML services. I was responsible for the product success from idea to launch.• Led 10+ diverse teams following Agile Scrum methodology while overseeing seamless, high-quality rollouts to on-time and on-budget conclusions.

Launched a Merchant Management System. A customer-facing application that was integrated with the core banking system focused on high availability, low latency and scalability to accommodate big data and thousands of concurrent users.

• Managed a team of 15 people to build a Mobile banking App for EN Bank(used by 1.5+ million users). I was responsible to maintain the solution vision, roadmap, and backlog of work through the project’s life. • Ensured products met client expectations. Extrapolated user feedback and prioritised paint points to address in product development was one of my greatest achievements in the project.

Designed, Implemented and Launched a Smart Parking Meter for several local authorities used by over 500k card owners to facilitate street parking payment and monitoring.
