Etc. Prepare shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project's design drawings in accurate with quality standard. Manage shop drawings Submittals and RF is process and follow up the consultant approval. Attend all the required technical meetings with consultant and subcontractors Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve. Participate with the technical office manager for all the required technical substantiation.

Project “New Capital Bus Station with Area 105 feddan”.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:  Review building designs and ensure compliance with engineering standards and codes. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure project progress and quality control. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project performance and contract compliance Collaborate with project stakeholders, such as government authorities, contractors, and designers. Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the project team. Preparing all BBS table for steel rebars as per the approved shop drawing.  Managing and coordinating between civil ARCH and MEP.

Al_Ettemadat Contracting Company KSA(Medina)Tebaa university(B16) Specific Duties and Responsibilities:  Responsible for checking and monitoring all site activities including earthworks and concreting in compliance with project specification and drawings. Prepare hold point inspection in coordination with the Quality Control Engineer. Responsible for all site works and managing all subcontractors and submitting all daily reports. Responsible for reviewing of tender drawings and preparing all shop drawing for any discrepancies between Civil, ARCH and MEP Drawings works before starting. Responsible for checking and monitoring all site activities including earthworks and concreting in compliance with project specification and drawings. Prepare hold point inspection in coordination with the Quality Control Engineer.
