Current• Audit, supervise, and monitor the HSE performance of electricity sector sub-companies and contractors, driving a culture of safety excellence throughout the organization.• Collaborate and participate in establishing ISO45001 standards, conducting audits, preparing reports, and resolving non-conformities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and international standards.• Effectively communicate HSE policies, strategies, and goals to subsidiary companies, overseeing their programs and ensuring correct implementation to achieve organizational objectives.• Periodically monitor the goals and plans of subsidiary companies, ensuring compliance and measuring the level of achievement of strategic HSE goals.• Monitor and supervise the implementation of critical HSE systems, such as emergency response, risk assessment, incident analysis, and chemical information registration, ensuring subsidiaries adhere to best practices.• Lead HSE specialized committee meetings, compile minutes, and drive follow-up actions to facilitate effective decision-making and continuous improvement.• Identify, evaluate, and control safety, health, and environmental risks within the electricity sector, implementing robust measures to mitigate potential hazards.• Assess training needs, develop tailored HSE training programs, and closely monitor their implementation in subsidiary companies and projects to enhance employee knowledge and compliance.• Measure and monitor harmful factors in the work environment, proactively addressing physical, chemical, ergonomic, and environmental pollutants, prioritizing employee well-being and safety.•Plan and diligently monitor the provision and allocation of necessary resources to effectively manage and improve the company's HSE performance, aligning with organizational requirements and current standards.
