Extensive experience of Content Development, Training and Project Management in all areas concerning the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and Education Staff. With a background teaching Art & Design in the FE sector, has designed and delivered content around implementing a Whole School and College Approach, working with Primary, Secondary, Special Schools and FE Colleges. Has developed materials to guide Education settings through an asset-based assessment of their wellbeing provision, highlighting best practice, action planning and designing bespoke training packages to meet areas for development. Wide-ranging experience of working with Local Authority and Education Leads as well as Service Providers, and involvement in multi-agency collaborative working to best serve the needs of children, young people, families and the wider community. Passionate about empowering children and young people to achieve their potential through positive approaches to mental health.
