Operations & maintenance.• Plan and provide all commercial (Local & Export) needs of equipment. • Coordinate and save Commercial needed for Rental Equipment in case of urgent & critical Export shipments & great local sales orders if there's no availability of our owned Fleet Equipment via 21 transporters to execute 230 to 250 shipment/day. • Improve Productivity & Efficiency of owned Fleet (51 Head of tractor, 20 flatbed trailer & 87 silo trailer) & Staff (Drivers, supervisors & Coordinators).• Assign the freight for new regions & send it to sales• Analyze the results between the Rental values and alternative own operating values enable to make studies about (owning & Operating Cost) and Rental Cost • Compare & analyze actual cost VS budget.• Contact External Work Shops and Equipment Dealers.• Discuss with Work Shops Team Leaders the repairs needed for Equipment to stand on the Equipment Status and the expected stoppage Periods. • Signing maintenance invoices for following the cost with logistics work shop via Budget control• Arrange movement and operation of Equipment inside the Plant• Technical support to all departments when calculate the no of rental equipment needed for their new projects. • Provide accurate and timely departmental reports.Systems & software.• Discussing any amendment regarding the current system• Review & validate Oracle systems & reports• Following new systems with IT ( IVR , Virtual Storing)• Approve PR's (purchasing requests) to Purchasing Department by the Equipment needed and Follow the PR's approvals until becomes P.O.• Managing system’s Transformation from oracle to SAP• Create & validate SAP, sub-application (HODIM, LOGON) and reports as a SPOcExport & import operation.• Follow up & monitor all export & Import vessels inside the ports to make sure our goods are loaded in good condition (quality – quantity).• Follow up export vessels loading procedures starting from receiving NOR till complete loading.
