Responsible for all Talent Acquisition activities in the regions .•Onboard new joiners, explaining Company policies & code of conduct.•Conduct the monthly survey for new comers (first month survey) & shareresults with recommendations.•Manage the Exit process (by receiving emails from RSM then following upwith People operations team the exit process duration & completion).•Conduct the exit interview and follow up with RSM in order to make sure thereis no violation to the termination policy.•Frequently update regions information/database on HR System.•Manage the hiring process with people operations team.•Follow up the missing hiring documents for new comers with peopleoperations team.•Ensure all new comers have created bank accounts.Maintaining a profound understanding of legal prerequisites relevant to dayto-day employee management, mitigating legal risks, and ensuring adherenceto regulations. Collaborating with the legal department when necessary.- Collaborating closely with both management and employees to enhanceworkplace relationships, foster team morale, and enhance productivity andemployee retention.- Providing guidance and interpreting HR policies as needed.- Participating in the development and oversight of training initiatives, ensuringtheir effectiveness and following up to verify the achievement of training goals.- ManagingTeam of Junior People business partners and resolve any issue that mayarise in their business units.- Overseeing the talent acquisition performance and ensure SLAs are met.- Consolidate Monthly report for all the Talent Acquisition, Commercial teamPerformance, People Operations activities and present it to the management

• Responsible for follow & direct job posting interviewing, scheduling testing, selecting the best candidates for opening vacancies, and deliver job offer & hiring.• Follow up with the candidate for the acceptance / rejection reasons.• Establishing employment contracts for employees according to the Egyptian labor law.• Perform all payroll process through the automated banking system.• Monitoring daily attendance & assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant transaction data (Absence, bonus, delays, leaves, etc.) • Organizing and maintaining personal records & support in preparing HR documents & updating internal HR database. • Writing, organizing and controlling legal documents.• Responsible for making the company’s organizational structure and creating a complete database for all employees.• Maintaining the company database in Excel sheets
