Engaging and qualifying candidates in regard to technical skill, career goals, compensation, and cultural fit to fill positions on every team in the company. Owning our new hire onboarding process including benefits enrollment, technology set up, and engagement checkins. Creating employee engagement initiatives with new tools to measure employee value proposition, strengthen inter-team relationships, and encourage positive, intentional culture changes. Assisting with payroll semi monthly including hourly employee exceptions, employee reimbursements, prorations, and changes. In charge of office management, which includes technology administration, employee record keeping, work orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

As Hannon Hill’s Office and Events Coordinator, I have varied responsibilities that keep my colleagues engaged and happy, our office functioning and comfortable, human resources needs met and questions answered, and our benefits working to our employees' advantage.
