Talent Development Department:•Identification of key learning requirements, appropriate delivery and assessment methods and appropriate duration for trainings. •Manage LearnConnect (e-learn) platform which includes tracking progress, assigning courses to the relevant staff. •Develop training content and liaise with third party providers to source training content (if required) to be used during the trainings. •Produced high-quality documents, spreadsheets and presentations for Internal Trainings •Completed research, compiled data and updated spreadsheets and produced timely reports for Trainings held. • Create Monthly Newsletter for the L&D Department including all the monthly trainings and recommended courses on LearnConnect. •Create Training Calendar for every quarter. •Create Learning Strategy for L&D Department for upcoming quarter. •Manage the L&D inbox and ensure that all staff are supported and their inquiries are responded before and during trainings. •Creating ROI reports for the trainings arranged every month.Talent Acquisition:• Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.• Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.

• Handling EXPO employees' Covid-19 positive cases on daily bases by providing guidance and advice based on DHA and EXPO policies.• Reporting and coordinating with each case line manager. • Managing and monitoring close contact cases.• Reviewing all PP cases lab results and giving the right guidance.• Data entry and keeping track of all vaccination records.• Identify emerging issues related to different cases and manage them.
