As the founder and MD of Digiteck Vision, my role was to establish the company, develop the strategy, work with the Tech team to develop the technology, drive and manage sales as well as developing the team.

My role is to maintain and cascade a clear strategy across the group. As well as take on Board and CEO assigned projects that are related to the strategy and expansion. Developed and launched FinTech engagement model and currently overseeing to of the most transformational mandates. My responsibilities include:Support the Formulation of the Banks corporate and business strategies and oversee and steer the implementation of the strategic initiatives of the across the group. Develop and rollout strategies and operating models for new lines of business, such as MSME, FIG and others. Develop the banks innovation and FinTech engagement strategy, governance framework and operating model. Developed and rolled out the Group’s Performance Management Framework, Change Management Framework, Performance Monitoring Framework and dashboards. Programme director for the banks most critical initiatives:- Conversion of KSA branches- Rollout and implementation of the Robotics and AI strategy, governance framework and oversee the implementation

- Established the Enterprise Transformation Management office for the Group- Established and managed the strategy management framework- Oversaw the implementation of the strategy across the group, and reported on progress to the BoD and CEO- Conceptualized the first Shariah Compliant Bank in the world and first digital bank in GCC region. And oversaw the implementation of the same

Formulate the strategy, design and implement program plans for implementation of the strategy. Support the CEO and Chairman in business development and setting up of strategic alliances. Conduct environmental scans and provide recommendations on best approach.

Support the Board of Directors and CEO in the formulation and articulation of the Strategy for the bank and its subsidiaries. Worked with the division heads in the planning and implementation phase of the strategy and was an active member of the Change Management Committee to support the change required. Conducted periodical environmental scans, and managed the development of BI, CUI and COI Reports. Identified and pursued Business Development opportunities with strategic clients/partners, Managed the PPO. Identified and pursued CEO specific M&A opportunities and supported the CEO in the analysis of the opportunities.
