I founded Modernify as a small business oriented firm, using my collected experience from the private and public sector. Using my connections, I managed to land contracts for the firm for what I call "executional consulting" work. Basically, I hear out what the needs of the business are, design a plan, and then, if approved, execute that plan. Small businesses frequently have operational needs they'd like fulfilled, but simply don't have the time, resources, or expertise to execute.
