Current- Initiate project implementation by identifying stakeholders, defining project goals, determining resource need, seeking necessary approvals
- Draft statement of work (SOW) during project initiation to include scope of work, project deliverables, timelines, and payment terms and conditions
- Develop business use cases to document business services, processes, and requirements associated with a project implementation
- Oversee project progress to ensure task completion, budget adherence, and cross-team collaboration
- Participate and oversee agile processes – Scrum, Stand-Ups, and Sprints – for active client engagements
- Monitor and document project status utilizing status reports that are communicated to internal and external stakeholders
