Program Manager, Client Services
Current• Initiate project implementation by identifying stakeholders, defining project goals, determining resource need, seeking necessary approvals• Draft statement of work (SOW) during project initiation to include scope of work, project deliverables, timelines, and payment terms and conditions• Develop business use cases to document business services, processes, and requirements associated with a project implementation• Oversee project progress to ensure task completion, budget adherence, and cross-team collaboration• Participate and oversee agile processes – Scrum, Stand-Ups, and Sprints – for active client engagements• Monitor and document project status utilizing status reports that are communicated to internal and external stakeholders• Develop and execute reporting and process design for project implementations• Conduct UAT on product instance prior to customer subscription Go-Live• Communicate project progress and barriers upward and laterally to all involved stakeholders• Conduct stakeholder diagnostics in order to extract user stories, requirements, and needs that will be key to delivering insights
