- Strategic buying of indirect materials for different business units of Engro Foods. - Drafting and ensuring successful execution of Service Level Agreements & Contracts with key vendors/suppliers. - Successful implementation of E-Sourcing (Ariba Procurement Portal).- Maintain all vendor records and transactions with vendors in SAP. - Induction of vendors through proper pre-qualification policy. Continuous service level assessment of pre-qualified vendors. - Reporting Monthly KPI and Savings for Specialized Procurement.
