My career experience and skills have all grown from innate personal passions; solving problems, creating organization and efficiency, and developing/maintaining relationships via personal touches.At Internet2 in Denver, I've lead company-wide retreats that focused on getting to know fellow employees and the community we serve. At the Westin on Maui, I worked with the corporate payroll team to achieve a 60% reduction in payout errors for our ~200 associates. At Santa Clara University, I helped the Associate VP organize his calendar, his ideas and his office space so that he had more time to spend collaborating on bigger projects with other university departments. At OSNovative Systems Inc., I was part of the small, hard working team that helped grow a Silicon Valley startup from infancy to participating in 24 major trade shows per year. And before that, my education in Nutrition counseling taught me that all the problem solving and organization in the world aren’t worth a thing if you can’t interact with people in a relevant and meaningful way. I strive to make an individual connection, however small, with everyone from the CEO to my grocery cashier because a genuine smile and tailored attention has a wonderfully positive affect on people.Outside of the career path, I follow the dirt path! I thoroughly enjoy the vast outdoor opportunities that the beautiful state of Colorado has to offer. I am always reading or researching something, trying to make the best tacos possible and fostering kitties with Animal Rescue of the Rockies in my spare time because, believe it or not, they benefit from personal connections, too!
