• Develop and implement innovative products and marketing strategies for new and existing ADC products.• Develop profitability models for each delivery channel and preparation of periodic profit and loss estimates.• Formulate business plans and profitability targets based on thorough understanding and analysis of each channels costs and revenue potential.• Review the Alternative Delivery Channels processes and systems to ensure their optimum effectiveness, identify and implement improvements/appropriate revisions and monitor ongoing performance.• Research potential new delivery channels, assess their suitability for the bank, make necessary feasibility studies for the project, make recommendations for its implementation, assist and manage the project till completion.

• Design and create new Liability Products for Retail segment.• Maintain & revamp existing Liabilities Products (when required) to support Retail business.• Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and identify opportunities; and submit new product proposals.• Research and prepare feasibility for retail liability product and promotional opportunities, prepare business case, get management approval.• Plan annual calendar of product promotion campaigns for liability products.• Continuously look for new opportunities/ products/ relationships to enhance cross product offerings.• Manage MIS for the liability products and its timely circulations to the management including the market research.
