Coaching is offered remotely & there are also weekly in-person sessions for those who are local to Worcestershire, UKThere are many reasons people seek a coach, from improving race performance to using the training as a daily method to assist with physical and mental health.Having structure, routine, clear athletic progression, accountability, someone on your side, professional guidance, daily support and every session written for you are all things that people value about the coaching process offered.I am incredibly proud of the progress athletes have made, physiologically and mentally, and to be in a position to be a part of each athletes unique journey.

Teaching the Learn To Swim Framework (Stages 4 to 7) and the Aquatic Skills Framework (Stages 8, 9 & 10) to children. Also teaching Swimming for Triathlon to a group who have already completed the Learn To Swim Framework.

Working as part of a Consultancy Team in a dedicated office, we operate to support the visitor properties and commercial activities in the Midlands in a wide range of disciplines. My part time role is to support a number of Consultants with their roles offering assistance with business systems, admin, client communication, organisation and facilitation of training.

Working as part of a grassroots voluntary organisation, our efforts were spent supporting Syrian refugees living in the Turkish city of Izmir. Support was given by running micro-financing projects to help families earn a wage by helping with small business start-ups and teaching new skills such as e-commerce, language and home schooling. We also operated schools for the children and also gave emergency aid where required.
