Dynamicus is the largest behaviourists association in Sweden. As vice president and board member I was responsible for seeking sponsorship and partners of the association, and also maintain and develop the good relationship between the association and it's current partners. With this also comes the responsibility of renewing the partnerships of the association and negotiate as profitable as possible based on the interests of both parties. This was something that I put a lot of effort in by evaluating and pinpointing our current partnerships to create the best possible outcome for both parts. The negotiation resulted in increased income for the association.Besides that I worked closely together with the president with making a long-term plan and clarifying the aims of the association. We focused a lot on how we could offer our members the right things and engage as many students as possible.Through this year I received a lot of useful knowledge within employee branding and employee engagement but also knowledge about budget and policies. During the year I also created and launched a new part of the association which is a network for companies within the HR profession who wants to come in contact with our student members. The purpose of this network is to create a link between students employers.

Extra job while studying at Uppsala University. My main responsibilities was answer the phone, administrate service request, send and answer e-mail and inform technicians of emergency problems. My employment was through Academic Work, which was an interesting kind of employment to try out. During my time at Vasakronan I developed my experience of working with the phone as primary tool, and my experience of working under high pressure and how to treat and respond to different kinds of people.
