As COO and CFO, in charge departments of project management, product management, sales, marketing, investor relationship and financial control.營運面: 負責營運管理及策略規劃、商業模式分析、決策與執行、市場研調、新產品企劃及生產含研發進度管理、零組件供應鏈管理，產品市場調查、業務銷售及行銷方針策畫、產品定價策略制定、展覽及標案的策畫與執行、策略合作案標的開發及執行等； 財務面: 負責現金增資相關事宜籌辦、財務報標編列及投資人關係維護。工　作　成　就： 1. 完成業務及產品轉型：應用市場及實際銷售面擴增至藥妝連鎖通路、保全、保險、職場員工照護及智慧城市應用，海內外策略夥伴開發(日本Hitachi)合作案條件談判與執行。 2. 建立PM，重整業務及行銷部門：跨部門制度建立及表單規劃。3. 完成 新竹市規劃智慧城市之智慧健康計畫，協助新竹市於2014年取得台灣健康城市及全球智慧城市聯盟的全球七大智慧城市；建立新商業模式「連鎖通路合作開拓會員健康管理服務，串聯醫院健康管理」；建立新商業模式「智慧家庭串流，整合雲端醫療及電源管控等應用」。 工作異動原因: 產業之成長性仍不明朗且產業鏈難成；雲端健康照護及長照市場仍處於教育期，鑒於台灣健保及醫療資源發達，民眾願意投資於自我健康管理的意願低，公司中期很難獲利，因而考慮異動。
