I manage the Arts, Classical Music and Popular Music content slates and work with a range of teams to translate departmental strategy into detailed service plans and commissioning slates. I conduct analysis and provide planning and strategic information to senior leaders to ensure content slates offer value for money.

I supported the Video Strategy team with a range of strategic projects by providing high quality analysis of the video market, to include the role and performance of the BBC.

I managed the Entertainment and Music Insights division, conducting audience research and providing insights to assist the production teams with programme development, editorial decisions and overall strategy.

I managed and produced regular audience analysis as well as contributed to larger projects, working within the TV Audiences department and with external research agencies.

Conducted qualitative and quantitative audience research and used various tools/methods including survey analysis, focus groups and TechEdge to understand audience trends and synthesis results into clear insights for teams across the business.

Completed two research placements within the TV and News Audiences teams as part of the Audience Research Assistant programme.
