Responsible for the leasing of the shops at Amsterdam Central Station. With footfall at 278.000 passengers per day it is the busiest area in The Netherlands. The total station has been transformed into an enviroment where people want to meet, stay, shop and relax even if they don't travel by train.

Senior Leasing manager Corio Netherlands ( Klepierre) Alexandrium Shopping Center, Rotterdam 108.000 square meters, 76 shops, 9,4 million visitors per year. Created increase in footfall and value in the past 10 years by adding a great number of new (inter)national brands to the shopping center. For instance, Zara, River Island, Mango and Kiko. Alexandrium Shopping Center was leased 100 % in May 2014 which is a unique accomplishment for a shopping center of this magnitude. My challenge was to have the food units and restaurants open and operating with innovative new food tennants by the opening date 1 October 2014 as queen Maxima would be there for the opening. This goal has been achieved by a succesfull cooperation with the project developer of the Markthal. By joining our recources and contacts we were able to create the ultimate food experience center in the center of Rotterdam. In the first quarter after opening 3 million people visited the Markthal. The Markthal was also the winner of the Mipim award 2015 as Beste Shopping Center. Website: www.markthal.nl
