    During my time in Swinburne's Student Engagement and Retention Journey Squad, I've developed and managing end-to-end communication plans to support and enhance our current student experience. In particular I have implemented:• Fees communications campaigns, helping develop a process and structure to streamline work efficiencies across departments, and communicate to our students in a coherent and clear manner• Executed communications for Mission Control, our drive to promote further enrolments to our current student, Leave of Absence (LoA) and Absent Without Leave cohorts (AWOL).• In 2023, I also executed the Enrolment Ignition campaign, encouraging students to enrol earlier, giving certainty to the university and also academic staff on student load for Semester 2. These communications played a key role in helping over 750 students enrol in over 2000 units, which resulted in a projected uptake of approx $2mil in revenue.• Developed Swinburne’s onboarding campaign to help commencing (new) students find their footing, as well as ensure our returning students have all the support and information they need to make the most out of their time at Swinburne and succeed in their studies. I've also been an active member of the Marketing 'Culture Club' identifying ways in which they can help make Swinburne Marketing and Comms a great place to work, and undertaken Mental Health first aid training, to help broaden my ability to support the wider university as a Mental Health first aid officer.I've been nominated by my manager for the following 2023 Vice-Chancellor's Awards:• Vice-Chancellor's One Swinburne Award - Individual nomination • Vice-Chancellor's Empowered Award - Team nomination
