In addition to managing group retreats & events!- Streamlining day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of all chalet services, from housekeeping to maintenance.-Managing all aspects of the reservations process, from initial inquiry to guest arrival, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service.- Ensuring that each guest's stay is memorable by addressing their needs promptly and creating a welcoming and hospitable environment.- Leading a dedicated team to uphold our high standards of service and hospitality.

Responding to guest concerns and questions while ensuring that everyone is satisfied with their stay and desire to return again. Processing all guest check-ins, confirming reservations, assigning rooms, processing payments and check-outs. Training new front desk employees on PMS system and guest experience. While always using strong communication in order to accomplish a wide variety of objectives on the job!
