The Director of Fashion Design is mainly responsible for the planning of the company's overall products, design positioning, style control, and can independently or guide subordinate members to complete the design and development of products, and also need to control development costs, build a perfect organizational structure and talent ladder, for different levels of personnel to develop the appropriate assessment program.

1. Responsible for receiving customers, understanding the needs, choosing fabrics and styles for them and other related clothing design and matching work.2. Interfacing with garment pattern maker/technical teacher to follow up the progress of order completion.

Completing auxiliary garment design work such as color matching, color mixing, searching and drawing in accordance with fashion trends according to the designer's requirements;Providing designers with suggestions for the selection of design materials and equipment;
