Combining 15 years experience in the youth sector with the power of virtues-centred character building strategies - along with my lived-experience as a parent of two - I was inspired to start The Virtues Crew.Through inspiring and interactive programs, Virtues Crew workshop participants learn practical ways to increase happiness in the home or the classroom, improve their relationships in life and at work, and empower children to understand and realise their potential.

A continuation of my position as below, following a period of parental leave.

Overseeing the Youth Leadership Team staff and providing expert advice both within and outside the organisation, for the development of initiatives that support young people from migrant and refugee backgrounds to take on leadership opportunities, have their voices heard and feel empowered to advocate for themselves and create change in their communities.

Supported young people and their families from refugee/refugee-like backgrounds who were at risk of homelessness to source and maintain sustainable housing options.

Planned and delivered programs to support newly-arrived young refugees settle in Australia and supported multicultural youth groups to deliver youth-led projects.

Coordinated logistics, staff and presenters for road-safety workshops with Year 11 students in schools in numerous municipalities across Victoria.
