-Managed 100 high school and college aged interns, coordinated weekly schedules, and led onboarding process for nationally recognized internship program responsible for 100k+ direct voter contact attempts prior to election day. -Coordinated daily phonebanks and confirmed all volunteers daily. -Helped to organize and photographed events headlined by First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Governor Kathy Hochul, Lt. Sara Jacobs. -Created graphics for Mobilize and social media to promote official campaign events. -Responsible for branding intern program as “The Zimmterns” creating over 200 social media posts for the intern program’s accounts reaching over 20,000 impressions, designing campaign merch, fostering meaningful relationships between elected officials and our program. -Used “Zimmterns” social media accounts to recruit new student interns, as well as adult volunteers from our new online presence. -Chosen to manage the official informational email account for the campaign.
