Spent a year interning at Microsoft developing my business acumen, project management skills and ability to communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of people including those at CXO level.

Through winning the majority of votes from my hall, I achieved this leadership role on our committee. I coordinated the 16 hall sporting events as well as general committee tasks such as helping to run social events and attending meetings to take action to improve hall life. This role shows my confidence, enthusiasm to get involved, capability as a team player, at marketing and my competitive nature. It is a highly time consuming role meaning I have excelled at time management to complete it alongside my studies.

Joined as a Teaching Assistant and was promoted to the position of Senior Supervisor, leading a team of 8 teaching assistants for a class of 25 children, which increased my team work skills. Receptionist duties were part of this role too meaning I have developed outstanding personal presentation skills and the resilience and adaptability needed in pressured situations. I also edited books and managed the upkeep of the business, demonstrating my excellent attention to detail.
