 Supported and coordinated warranty and light fixture repairs across multiple teams of an internationally distributed organization in a fast-paced environment. Purchased, tracked, and resolved supply train issues for parts delivery for remote just-in-time maintenance requirements using NEXUS and other software.  Created multiple customer success stories for onsite repairs and break-fix requests in a flexible and dynamic environment. Ensured seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers, buyers, clients, and logistics personnel.  Modified the process and procedures around purchasing and warranty.

 Directed the center on weekends by leading teachers, coordinating schedules, liaising director-parent relationships, and evaluating potential students’ deficiencies. Reworked tutor training and lesson plans to ensure material is current, relevant, and accurate, and entered correctly into LCOS. Evaluated individual student needs, created a customized curriculum, and implemented lesson plans to increase student SAT and ACT scores to guarantee an improvement in academic excellence. Increased student test grades and GPA’s, by implementing individualized academic programs for K-12 students and adults, including special needs and gifted students.

 Reworked inventory management to an improved standard and updated AVImark.  Made pet passport paperwork as easy on the client as possible.  Preparing the clinic for appointments, checking in and out clients, answering questions and phones.  Caring for animals and organizing the clinic, kennels, and paperwork.

 Trained over five different species of reptiles, birds, and mammals using positive reinforcement through clickers and food rewards. Supplied animals with fresh water; prepared and fed regular and modified diets to the collection, with over 20 meals served per day.  Prepared and delivered safe and interactive enrichment to the animals, as well as ensured that proper procedures and safety protocols were being followed, especially when volunteers were handling animals. Handled animals for guest encounters in a manner that considered animal, guest, volunteer, and other’s safety while presented information to the public in an interesting and engaging way. Communicated animal welfare and condition information to the keepers, educators, vet staff, volunteers, public relations personnel and the public.  Recorded food intake, fecal, urate, condition of the animal, weight and any anomalies and reported observations, as well as assisted in procedures like nail trims, sunning, and other care protocol. Taught, managed, and supervised as many as 10 volunteers per day in cage cleaning, diet and feeding, handling, check-out procedures, and animal encounters.  Cleaned over 42 enclosures per day for reptiles, birds, mammals, and amphibians; as well as washed and sanitized dishes, enrichment, hides, furniture, enclosures, soft furnishings, laundry, etc.
