My roles as a QA Analyst center around meticulous manual testing ensuring flawless functionality before reaching customers. I have leveraged my experience in GitHub, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, SQL, Mongo, along with other tools, to elevate testing processes.The skills honed in multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail now intertwine with my technical acumen in software testing. Working closely with the QA team, we collectively strive to preemptively identify and resolve defects.
