I'm a student care teacher who handled one of the P1 classes with a class size of maximum 20. I trained the students on our rules using a few gestures for them to remember easily. Before the students are released from school, I'll have to prepare some fun fillers, prepare all P1s English spelling practice paper (before the week that they are having their spelling test in school, in order to allow them to get tested two days before their school test them), marked their spelling practice and books. During their play-time, if students are injured, I'll have to do first aid. Due to current situation, I have the experience of creating my own lesson plans with creativity and educational. My biggest achievements after joining this company are all the knowledge and first hand experience as I came into this industry with zero experience.

As an app developer, during my first 3 months, I’ve learnt SAP ABAP and have helped to contribute to the team by completing two ECP request – one which is a new program and one which is an enhancement request. For both of these ECP request, I’ve done the functional specs and test cases. For my next 3-4 months, I’ve shadowed another team by helping them in uploading and pushing some content data from the backend into the mobile app. Throughout this journey, I’ve learned some backend stuff such as Loopback API, React JS, React Admin and MySQL and also learn a bit of full stack development.
