I’m focused on performance and believe in spending time understanding the root cause of the challenge or skills gap. I have experience in a range of different industries including Consumer goods, E-commerce, Fashion, Banking, Law and Charity.I like to connect with others in my industry to explore new ways of approaching an L&D strategy, to make the function become a key contributor to the success of organisations.
