• Provide exceptional Customer Service to Members and Beneficiaries by explaining eligibility of benefits• Reconcile payments regarding Death Benefits and Survivor Pensions• Process Refund of Contributions for Members, who have resigned from the Chicago Public Schools system• Process Public Teaching and Prior Service Refund Contracts in a timely manner• Process Sick/Maternity/Family Leave Contracts in a timely manner• Provide customer service to Members whom may have difficulty completing the application(s)• Prepare and research information for Estimates, Pension Applications, and 2.2 bills• Contact families of Deceased Members and mail applications to Applicants• Thoroughly answer Member inquiries regarding the process of receiving their benefits
