Hunter Responsibilities:- According to client request, completes job analysis, sort out key points of position and check with leader consultant and HR;- Through the communication with candidates, judgment candidates ‘ability including working skills, salary expectation and motivation- Responsible for submitting candidate’s report for the client company;- Responsible for screening resumes, first interview, interview arrangement and process/ending follow; - Responsible for offer negotiation, reference check, reporting date confirmation, preparing the on board checklist and checking etc - The main focus on mechanical industry, such as Manitowoc, Terex, Sany etc. Also includes Auto and FMCG industry, such as Delphi, Perfetti Van MelleOther Responsibilities:- Responsible for making industry map, collect Inerrorformation of competitors, etc- Support manager to set up the process, such as recommended process, candidate control process, hunter recruiting process.- According to the requirements of the department manager, making various work forms, PPT;- Support manager to set up database including list and resume;- Responsible for recruiting, doing interview and training new staff. ;- Responsible for English test, making a judgment of English level of the candidates and giving scoreAchievement：- Accomplish assigned sales target, close position like Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Sales Manager, SAP Manager etc.- Set up SOP to improve the working efficiency.- Set up database and finish the integration of information
