As an Ad Product Specialist, I was predominantly managing BAU processes and troubleshooting Foxtel Media’s ad tech stack and products; this included jumping in to resolve campaign delivery issues within Google Ad Manager. The role involved a good deal of stakeholder management and close collaboration with the Ad Operations, Sales, Partnerships and Trading.

At JOY, I managed multiple accounts (MG Motors, Steadfast, OFX and Merz Aesthetics) and worked closely with the Creative team to streamline the delivery of assets. I also supported and trained colleagues in offline as well as online media buying/planning.

In this role, I was tasked with articulating channel rationale and platform justification across the breadth of the Nine ecosystem, to determine the correct budget splits. In addition to collaborating with managers and executives on cross channel briefs, I analysed audience behaviours and attitudes, to delineate meaningful trends and insights for clients.
