She helps clients respond to market manipulation and market abuse inquiries, regulatory enforcement actions, and trading investigations by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), exchanges, and civil plaintiffs.
