Select engagements include:UN Food Systems Summit: Project managed a team of 12 consultants across 8 time zones to bring thousands of small business to the inaugural Summit. Hosted 12 virtual convenings and a global competition to highlight local entrepreneurial initiatives, published a policy report, and built out dozens of global food systems partnerships.Mercy Corps Ventures: Authored a 30-page policy report to influence the regulatory environment around cryptocurrency for Kenyan policy makers, telecommunication providers, and fintech leaders.Africa Digital Rights Hub: Spearheaded a landscape analysis and business development strategy to drive smart growth for a Pan-African think tank advocating for content safety and data protection.Panorama Strategy: Support the public launch of a new 'tech for good' philanthropy by carrying out a detailed landscape analysis, advising on grantmaking best practices, and designing potential theories of change.

The Greenlining Institute is a public policy and advocacy nonprofit, created to fight the lasting legacy of redlining through community-driven economic and climate equity programs. I partnered with the Tech Equity team to lead research on racial discrimination and algorithmic bias. I conducted expert interviews and an in-depth literature review, synthesized insights, and developed policy recommendations to drive policy action among community organizers, industry leaders, and regulators. Ultimately, this work produced a white paper advocating for a race aware policy framework led by government implementation of race aware policies and private sector adoption of race aware algorithmic principles.

iDE is a human-centered design-led nonprofit advancing market systems transformation in low-income countries. As a Business Development Manager, I proactively monitored funding trends and co-created annual business development strategies with four country programs: Bangladesh, Ghana, Mozambique, Honduras. I led end-to-end proposal development including proposal writing, budget creation, and spearheading strategic partnerships. Key donors include: USAID, SIDA, EU, and OFDC (UK).As a Global Initiatives Manager, I led design research projects, including field research in northern Ghana on the shea value chain. I also supported the VP of Global Initiatives in building out the 'iDE Infinite' impact model which synthesized our global market systems work across agriculture, climate, and WASH into a concise communications framework.
