Wak'a aims to expand access to heritage and culture in Peru. We do so by taking new heritage experiences directly into the places where people go about their daily lives. Thanks to a catalyst grant from the RSA we were able to pilot our pop-up museum methodology in 2018, reaching an average of 1,000 people in each one-day pop-up. We are now planning to scale up a network of pop-up museums in 2019 and double access to heritage in one province in Peru.
