Broadleaf Community Consulting supports clients and policies that make Texas cities more equitable, inclusive, and affordable. Supported the financing, design, and construction of more than 1,100 affordable units in six Texas cities.

Built a web application for the City of Austin to present citywide gentrification and displacement data. Analyzed housing market and development data for a drilldown study of gentrifying Austin neighborhoods. Designed graphics and visual aids for gentrification and displacement report.

Assisted in teaching Foundations of Planning Law, a part of the Master of Community and Regional Planning core curriculum. Held review sessions and worked one-on-one with master’s students. Assisted in grading tests and assignments.
