At Green House Group my role was very research focused, looking into competitors, other potential relationships and current news stories relevant to each of the clients. I was in charge of community management, which entails regularly checking my clients’ sites, monitoring for potential negative feedback and answering any questions, as well as coming up with new creative ways to engage with the current fan base and maximise the reach of each page wherever possible. I supported all divisions, concentrating mainly on Lifestyle clients and Music festivals including Schwarzkopf and Beach Break Live.
